Garonne Boatman Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml 12 year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • 30ml Lillet Blanc
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 30ml maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chopped orange zest
  • 1 cooked satsuma plum
  • 10 drops orange bitters
  • orange twist and chipped ice, to serve

 

METHOD

1 Combine the Bourbon, Lillet, lime juice maple syrup, zest, plum and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 2 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a brandy glass with chipped ice and a long twist of orange peel.
